Haowen brings extensive expertise in intelligent voice technology and engineering. He graduated from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015 and subsequently joined Microsoft Research Asia, where he led the R&D and product implementation of multiple voice technologies, including speech recognition and spoken language assessment. At the end of 2019, he joined Xiaomi and collaborated with Dr. Daniel Povey, Xiaomi's Chief Speech Scientist, to develop the "Next-Generation Kaldi" project. He is a co-founder and core contributor of this initiative.
